Bietowo SA:s Stasio Solak showed great skill when he stopped Lucjan Filanowski:s penalty. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karol Szkarpiak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Hristo Stoichkov managed to get in a good position for a shot. PATRIOTS FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hristo Stoichkov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stasio Solak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Bietowo SA getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Cyprian Gerlach hit a great ball. If Hristo Stoichkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. Karol Szkarpiak's late challenge caught a PATRIOTS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karol Szkarpiak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd minute, Karol Szkarpiak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. PATRIOTS FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
