In the 3rd minute of the game, Tobiasz Kossakowski landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kacper Iwaszko during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of MKS KIELCE booed when Academica PK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kacper Iwaszko didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee ignored Academica PK's protests and gave Bartlomiej Barciniak a yellow card for diving instead. After 26 played minutes Academica PK got a freekick which was hit by Arkadiusz Gniewek. 30 minutes into the match, Filip Resel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roch Jarocewicz. Academica PK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filip Resel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 36 minutes into the match, MKS KIELCE's goalkeeper Artemio Walme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kacper Iwaszko. Bartlomiej Barciniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Artemio Walme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MKS KIELCE's Artemio Walme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Jaroszewicz in the 42nd minute of play. Roch Jarocewicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Drzewucki, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Artemio Walme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartlomiej Barciniak in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Witomir Pilitowski to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Witomir Pilitowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Jarocewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Academica PK's Norbert Grucza got a free kick in the 79th minute. Roch Jarocewicz made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Herbert Drzewucki sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kacper Iwaszko in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artemio Walme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Academica PK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MKS KIELCE were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
