Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jerzy Konopka in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roch Zima prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Jelitki SSA getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jerzy Golob hit a great ball. Szczepan Liberko's late challenge caught a KS Daytona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Szczepan Liberko helped the player get up and apologised. Szczepan Liberko kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Jerzy Konopka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Roch Zima was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Wincenty Karaszkiewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roch Zima was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 34th minute, Jerzy Konopka made a precise shot to the right of Roch Zima. Jelitki SSA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. In the 38th minute, Radoslaw Dlugi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 39 minutes, Arne Lundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Daytona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arne Lundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Konopka in the 41st minute of play forced Jelitki SSA's goalkeeper Roch Zima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the game, KS Daytona's Jerzy Konopka nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roch Zima made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Gwidon Kapinos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Liberko in the 48th minute of play. After the first half KS Daytona were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jerzy Konopka to strike the kick off in the second half. Jerzy Konopka came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roch Zima could save by the left post. After 55 played minutes Jelitki SSA got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Hejza. In the 58th minute, Jerzy Golob hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Jelitki SSA defense, Jerzy Konopka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roch Zima. The Jelitki SSA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roch Zima should have stopped the shot. Iwo Tylenda kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Jelitki SSA's Roch Zima got control of the ball when Jerzy Konopka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerzy Konopka succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 71st playminute. Gwidon Kapinos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szczepan Liberko, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. With a little luck, Jelitki SSA's Roch Zima got control of the ball when Jerzy Konopka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jerzy Konopka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Zima having to interfere. Roch Zima made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Jerzy Konopka sent off a good shot on target. Roch Zima made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerzy Konopka in the 90th minute. Jerzy Konopka succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-9 in the 91st playminute. The supporters of Jelitki SSA booed when KS Daytona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerzy Konopka didn't get a good kick on the ball. KS Daytona played a much better game than Jelitki SSA and deserved their victory. The Jelitki SSA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
