The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Maciek Pietrzak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmine Petricca having to interfere. After 7 played minutes FC PORTO got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Golec. 8 minutes into the match, FC PORTO's goal looked a bit too open when Maciek Pietrzak came free, but Carmine Petricca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emil Mindykowski struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Carmine Petricca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cosmos Kojtryny. Carmine Petricca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maciek Pietrzak, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Carmine Petricca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Mindykowski in the 17th minute of play. Carmine Petricca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emil Mindykowski went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cosmos Kojtryny's Ignacy Wielgopolski got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maciek Pietrzak in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmine Petricca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Júlio Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Edmund Zbytniewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Wincenty Plaski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maciek Pietrzak struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Fabian Marciewicz's late challenge caught a FC PORTO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wincenty Plaski in the 85th minute of play forced Cosmos Kojtryny's goalkeeper Edmund Zbytniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC PORTO's Carmine Petricca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save FC PORTO from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Cosmos Kojtryny's Sergio Hammons got a free kick in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, FC PORTO's goal looked a bit too open when Maciek Pietrzak came free, but Carmine Petricca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
