Czarni Jasło 1996's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adam Nieruchliwy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Nieruchliwy in the 26th minute of play forced Czarni Jasło 1996's goalkeeper Konrad Penczkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konrad Penczkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Chowaniec in the 27th minute of play. Edward Kaczor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Napoleon Wierzchowski went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 42 minutes, Per-Erik Bergstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Czarni Jasło 1996's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Erik Bergstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Paolo Belo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edward Kaczor, 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adam Nieruchliwy stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Konrad Penczkowski acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 52nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ryszard Zawacki. CueniL Warszawa's Edward Kaczor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Erik Bergstedt in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Paolo Belo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edward Kaczor. Edward Kaczor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edward Kaczor was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. 86 minutes into the game, Radowit Pietrasz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CueniL Warszawa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Czarni Jasło 1996 the free kick. Radowit Pietrasz kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Edward Kaczor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per-Erik Bergstedt's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Belo in the 89th minute of play forced CueniL Warszawa's goalkeeper Edward Kaczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edward Kaczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Erik Bergstedt in the 92nd minute of play. Czarni Jasło 1996 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
