Jose Tipi went to the wrong direction when Roman Gdowski was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Jose Tipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lech Modrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Lech Modrzewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Tipi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Niemoj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Niemoj got free with Wawrzyniec Mochowak in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Maibach's goal looked a bit too open when Zdzislaw Wysocki came free, but Wawrzyniec Mochowak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

52 minutes into the game, Roman Gdowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maibach's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MKS Start Radziejów the free kick. A collision led to Maibach getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Roman Gdowski hit a great ball. Evert Söderman kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Jose Tipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lech Modrzewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute, Patryk Dziedelonis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Zdzislaw Wysocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Wysocki in the 67th minute of play forced Maibach's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Mochowak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Maibach's Lech Modrzewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jose Tipi. That made the score 1-1 after 72 minutes of play. Evert Söderman kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. MKS Start Radziejów's Jose Tipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costică Coroian in the 78th minute of play. Jose Tipi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Buda, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Costică Coroian might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Tipi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Costică Coroian ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 83rd match minute, MKS Start Radziejów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Niemoj to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Costică Coroian made a precise shot to the right of Jose Tipi. MKS Start Radziejów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Wawrzyniec Mochowak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdzislaw Wysocki in the 90th minute of play. After having played for 92 minutes, Zdzislaw Wysocki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MKS Start Radziejów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zdzislaw Wysocki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wawrzyniec Mochowak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Niemoj in the 96th minute of play. Maibach played a much better game than MKS Start Radziejów and deserved their victory. The MKS Start Radziejów players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
