In the 13th minute, WKS Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Remigiusz Pilarski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luis Garrido. Luis Garrido yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Luis Garrido was a little too slow when Remigiusz Pilarski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. If Gerard Enzing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustas Cibas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Remigiusz Pilarski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Luis Garrido. That made the score 3-0 in the 23 minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match, Gerard Enzing tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luis Garrido saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Remigiusz Pilarski took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luis Garrido. Luis Garrido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigiusz Pilarski got free with Luis Garrido in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Faustas Cibas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Chodlik's goalkeeper Luis Garrido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Remigiusz Pilarski. Chodlik's Luis Garrido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerard Enzing in the 41st minute of play. Chodlik's Luis Garrido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Chodlik from getting a goal against them. Luis Garrido made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Remigiusz Pilarski sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Faustas Cibas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Garrido having to interfere. Luis Garrido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Pilarski in the 86th minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, WKS Zawisza Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerard Enzing to maneuver through the defense. Damazy Czeberowski kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Dawid Mis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Korneliusz Komanski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the WKS Zawisza Bydgoszcz players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
