Dida Ban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Bilicki in the 10th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Eugeniusz Bilicki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kolonia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugeniusz Bilicki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dida Ban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radoslaw Harendarski, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Dida Ban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Bilicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dida Ban didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugeniusz Bilicki went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jurand Malik kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Eugeniusz Bilicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Ban having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kolonia's Radoslaw Harendarski got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Eugeniusz Bilicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Radoslaw Harendarski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dida Ban was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugeniusz Bilicki was the one to do the kick off. Kiki's Dida Ban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Kiki from getting a goal against them. 51 minutes into the match, Kolonia's Radoslaw Harendarski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dida Ban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eugeniusz Bilicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Dida Ban made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Kiki's zone, Eugeniusz Bilicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dida Ban came out of the goal and Eugeniusz Bilicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dida Ban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Harendarski in the 71st minute of play. Ryszard Erland hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Radoslaw Harendarski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dida Ban was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Radoslaw Harendarski put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dida Ban. Bernard Czysty hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Eugeniusz Bilicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kolonia made a substitution. Dariusz Radziszewski replaced Szczepan Walec. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugeniusz Bilicki got free with Dida Ban in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute, Radoslaw Harendarski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kolonia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3.
