Adolf Gavranović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wiktor Munko was the one to do the kick off. When the final whistle sounded 19 Lech Poznań 22 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atletico.
