But to his dismay, Edgar Tipinski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Edgar Tipinski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arkadiusz Ostrowski was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. If Adam Glozor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Niewiadomski in the 18th minute of play forced Sztombergi's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Ostrowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Napoleon Gdowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Iwo Niewiadomski made a precise shot to the right of Arkadiusz Ostrowski. Sztombergi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sztombergi's Arkadiusz Ostrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladyslaw Walicki in the 25th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Samule's zone, Napoleon Gdowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wojciech Drugi came out of the goal and Napoleon Gdowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Napoleon Gdowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes of play, Sztombergi's Napoleon Gdowski made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wojciech Drugi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arkadiusz Ostrowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wladyslaw Walicki in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Samule booed when Sztombergi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damazy Burufski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Tipinski in the 40th minute of play forced Sztombergi's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Ostrowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Sztombergi defense, Kryspin Logewnik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arkadiusz Ostrowski. The Sztombergi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arkadiusz Ostrowski should have stopped the shot. Sztombergi's Arkadiusz Ostrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladyslaw Walicki in the 44th minute of play. Arkadiusz Ostrowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kryspin Logewnik in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Samule were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Arkadiusz Ostrowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Logewnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Iwo Niewiadomski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugon Zdrojowy during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Arkadiusz Ostrowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kryspin Logewnik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wladyslaw Walicki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Arkadiusz Ostrowski made a huge save. With a little luck, Sztombergi's Arkadiusz Ostrowski got control of the ball when Iwo Niewiadomski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Samule's Wojciech Drugi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Gdowski in the 89th minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Edgar Tipinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samule's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Tipinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
