Spectators: 7373 (Terracing: 5531, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 147) When Lucjan Ewertowski came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the QW Gruchy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucjan Ewertowski couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute, Ryszard Hendzel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The QW Gruchy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Eugeniusz Degutis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Drapinski, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ryszard Hendzel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Napoleon Soroka managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when QW Gruchy's Ryszard Hendzel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Antoni Kolba struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Napoleon Soroka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for QW Gruchy. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ryszard Hendzel got free with Napoleon Soroka in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute Antoni Kolba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Napoleon Soroka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Zdzislaw Drapinski in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eugeniusz Degutis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ignacy Poniewaz charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ignacy Poniewaz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of QW Gruchy booed when Rudy SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Poniewaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Napoleon Soroka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoni Kolba in the 57th minute of the match. After having played for 60 minutes, Ryszard Hendzel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. QW Gruchy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ryszard Hendzel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zdzislaw Drapinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugeniusz Degutis having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Aureliusz Budarz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eugeniusz Degutis. Aureliusz Budarz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. When Ryszard Hendzel came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the QW Gruchy fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Hendzel in the 86th minute of play forced Rudy SSA's goalkeeper Napoleon Soroka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the game, QW Gruchy's Antoni Kolba nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Napoleon Soroka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ryszard Hendzel took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Napoleon Soroka. Napoleon Soroka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. QW Gruchy had played much better football throughout.
