Grunwald's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Mateusz Fronczak scored to the left of an out of position Jedrzej Bejrut, making the score, 1-0. Fryderyk Ankiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fryderyk Bejger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 played minutes FC CoMaRy got a freekick which was hit by Stasio Klejnowski. After a defensive mix-up in FC CoMaRy's zone, Witalis Dziechciowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fryderyk Ankiewicz came out of the goal and Witalis Dziechciowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute Witalis Dziechciowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fryderyk Ankiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grunwald's Jedrzej Bejrut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Fronczak in the 31st minute of play. In the 31st minute, Leonard Gall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC CoMaRy's zone, Witalis Dziechciowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fryderyk Ankiewicz came out of the goal and Witalis Dziechciowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Witalis Dziechciowski in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fryderyk Ankiewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th minute, Stasio Klejnowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fryderyk Ankiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witalis Dziechciowski in the 49th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fryderyk Bejger made a kick off. A collision led to FC CoMaRy getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Witalis Dziechciowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Fryderyk Ankiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Witalis Dziechciowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Witalis Dziechciowski succeeded in the game's 66th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. Dawid Wiater kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Waldemar Kosakowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Jedrzej Bejrut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witalis Dziechciowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. A wasted opportunity for FC CoMaRy. 85 minutes into the match, Grunwald's Fryderyk Bejger sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fryderyk Ankiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, FC CoMaRy's goalkeeper Fryderyk Ankiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Witalis Dziechciowski. When Radowit Gregorczyk fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC CoMaRy's protests and gave Radowit Gregorczyk a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes FC CoMaRy got a freekick which was hit by Radowit Gregorczyk. Witalis Dziechciowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 95 in the game by Witalis Dziechciowski from a close distance when the talented Fryderyk Ankiewicz managed to make a qualified save. FC CoMaRy's players were relieved. If Witalis Dziechciowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Grunwald's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
