The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Tadeusz Wawro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Byszow SA's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeusz Wawro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franciszek Siekierski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Szkarpiak in the 8th minute of play forced Byszow SA's goalkeeper Dominik Plucinik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franciszek Siekierski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Wawro in the 9th minute of play. Wincent Trzemzalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Franciszek Siekierski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Kajetan Chrzan fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Byszow SA's protests and gave Kajetan Chrzan a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Kunicha SA a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sebastian Czubski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Byszow SA's Dominik Plucinik. 0-1. Jerzy Pysz kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 19th minute of the match Sebastian Czubski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dominik Plucinik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Michal Boruta kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Tadeusz Szkarpiak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kunicha SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tadeusz Szkarpiak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Byszow SA booed when Kunicha SA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radomir Juszkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Szkarpiak in the 34th minute of play forced Byszow SA's goalkeeper Dominik Plucinik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jerzy Pysz kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Zenon Rasialdo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dominik Plucinik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. If Tadeusz Szkarpiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tadeusz Szkarpiak came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Kunicha SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeusz Szkarpiak couldn't finish the play. 43 minutes into the game, Kunicha SA's Tadeusz Szkarpiak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dominik Plucinik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Byszow SA's goalkeeper Dominik Plucinik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 52nd minute, Tadeusz Szkarpiak fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tadeusz Szkarpiak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Dominik Plucinik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wincent Trzemzalski in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franciszek Siekierski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dominik Plucinik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Szkarpiak in the 63rd minute of play. Wincent Trzemzalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Byszow SA getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Tadeusz Wawro hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Kunicha SA's Tadeusz Szkarpiak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. Dominik Plucinik made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Zenon Rasialdo sent off a good shot on target. Dominik Plucinik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeusz Szkarpiak in the 80th minute of play. After 81 played minutes Byszow SA got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Pyrtek. In the 85th minute, Byszow SA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zenon Rasialdo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dominik Plucinik was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Ludomil Maurycy capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ludomil Maurycy really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5.
