The supporters of Radio Maryja booed when Harmatów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Jankowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Harmatów's zone, Stefan Fudalej stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Rudy came out of the goal and Stefan Fudalej tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th match minute, Harmatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Jankowski to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Harmatów's Edgar Rudy got control of the ball when Beniamin Milko tried to sneak it across the goal line. Radio Maryja's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
