Tequila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arkadiusz Dziatkowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Godenzonen AFC's Beniamin Mleczewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerzy Ziemba in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match Bernard Leper sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Beniamin Mleczewski skillfully saved the ball. Arkadiusz Dziatkowicz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 49thth minute tested the skills of Edward Ochylski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edward Bochynski was the one to do the kick off.
