After 2 played minutes Obershlesien got a freekick which was hit by Zbigniew Niedzwiecki. Leszek Badanowski's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Klement Kaczor firmly grabbed it by the left post. Klement Kaczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Kuszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 12th minute Hugon Kuszczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klement Kaczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czarne Pumy's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sylwester Odachowski in the 15th minute. The free kick resulted in a very good chance to score when Witalis Wolicki kicked a really tricky shot on goal. Klement Kaczor never had to step in, however, because the ball went just left of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Obershlesien:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Czarne Pumy:s goal. The Czarne Pumy fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Czarne Pumy's Hugon Kuszczak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gwidon Mockiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gwidon Mockiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Obershlesien booed when Czarne Pumy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Mockiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Mroczynski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Popowicz in the 37th minute of play. Hugon Kuszczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Obershlesien's Zbigniew Niedzwiecki got a free kick in the 40th minute. When Hugon Kuszczak came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Czarne Pumy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugon Kuszczak couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damazy Popowicz made a kick off. Damazy Popowicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Edgar Mroczynski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 58 minutes, Tanek Dytrych managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Obershlesien's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tanek Dytrych was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Klement Kaczor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leszek Badanowski in the 62nd minute of play. Obershlesien's Klement Kaczor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugon Kuszczak in the 71st minute of play. Gwidon Mockiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Obershlesien's Damazy Popowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 81 minutes into the game, Obershlesien's Tanek Dytrych nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgar Mroczynski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After a defensive mix-up in Czarne Pumy's zone, Tanek Dytrych stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Mroczynski came out of the goal and Tanek Dytrych tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute Hugon Kuszczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klement Kaczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
