Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Edmund Barys made the kick off which started today's match. Beniamin Czeszejko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoni Puszynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Zbyszek Bilicki came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the APOEL Morena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zbyszek Bilicki couldn't finish the play. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Manchester United! Sylwester Smolak came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by APOEL Morena's Fabian Jaraczeski. But to his dismay, Fabian Jaraczeski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Beniamin Czeszejko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Barys in the 13th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the game, Marek Jaszyna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave APOEL Morena the free kick. Marek Jaszyna hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. APOEL Morena's Korneliusz Zecman got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Manchester United's goalkeeper Sylwester Smolak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Jaraczeski. Antoni Puszynski kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Fabian Jaraczeski managed to get in a good position for a shot. APOEL Morena's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Jaraczeski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sylwester Smolak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sylwester Smolak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Jaraczeski in the 31st minute of play. Antoni Puszynski charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antoni Puszynski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Antoni Puszynski hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Zbyszek Bilicki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Zbyszek Bilicki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester United's Sylwester Smolak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zbyszek Bilicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Sylwester Smolak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Zbyszek Bilicki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sylwester Smolak made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Fabian Jaraczeski sent off a good shot on target. Edmund Barys scored 1-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beniamin Czeszejko, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zbyszek Bilicki made a kick off. Zbyszek Bilicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sylwester Smolak came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by APOEL Morena's Fabian Jaraczeski. But to his dismay, Fabian Jaraczeski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 58th minute, Roland Hyska hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 59 minutes into the match, APOEL Morena's Izydor Grabski broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 62nd minute Fabian Jaraczeski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sylwester Smolak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the game, Fabian Jaraczeski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Sylwester Smolak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 73 played minutes Manchester United got a freekick which was hit by Roland Hyska. Fabian Jaraczeski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sylwester Smolak having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Manchester United's Wincenty Kaider got a free kick in the 75th minute. When Wieslaw Gajewski came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Manchester United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wieslaw Gajewski couldn't finish the play. Wieslaw Gajewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Beniamin Czeszejko made a huge save. The supporters of APOEL Morena booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antoni Puszynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Zbyszek Bilicki got free in front of the goal in the 89th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Sylwester Smolak was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of APOEL Morena booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antoni Puszynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute, Fabian Jaraczeski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sylwester Smolak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbyszek Bilicki in the 93rd minute of the match. APOEL Morena walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
