A collision led to Jacky Jones getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Bogumil Furtok hit a great ball. In the 27th minute of the match Lucjan Arbaszewski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aureliusz Wodaszak skillfully saved the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Radomir Raschke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gurówko SSA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jacky Jones the free kick. In the 30th minute, Radomir Raschke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, Jacky Jones's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Jaks came free, but Cezary Falke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacky Jones's Cezary Falke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Domalik in the 35th minute of play. Pawel Czekaj charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Gilbert Grondzki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Aureliusz Wodaszak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gurówko SSA's Szczepan Domalik got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Grzegorz Jaks to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Jacky Jones's goalkeeper Cezary Falke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Radomir Raschke. Aureliusz Wodaszak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Grondzki in the 77th minute of the match. Cezary Falke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Szczepan Domalik in the 79th minute. Szczepan Domalik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Cezary Falke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Jaks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacky Jones's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
