FC Recreativo's Wiktor Pietrowski couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gunning F.C. In the 15th match minute, FC Recreativo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrzej Niemoj to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Gunning F.C getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Boguslaw Fikus hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, Julian Wierzchowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bernard Wolicki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bernard Wolicki came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Recreativo's Julian Wierzchowski. But to his dismay, Julian Wierzchowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Boguslaw Fikus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Izydor Wielkopolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Wierzchowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, FC Recreativo's Julian Tokarczyk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernard Wolicki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Bernard Wolicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Wierzchowski in the 48th minute of play.

Izydor Wielkopolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Arnista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Tokarczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, one of FC Recreativo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Recreativo. In the 67th minute there was a penalty for Gunning F.C. Antoni Huratiak stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Izydor Wielkopolski. 1-3. If Boguslaw Fikus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Zbyszko Arnista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Izydor Wielkopolski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zbyszko Arnista's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Izydor Wielkopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boguslaw Fikus, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Boguslaw Fikus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Recreativo's Andrzej Niemoj got a free kick in the 79th minute. Boguslaw Fikus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Karol Sidorowicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Izydor Wielkopolski having to interfere. After 94 minutes of play, Gunning F.C's Boguslaw Fikus made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Izydor Wielkopolski was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Boguslaw Fikus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Recreativo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Recreativo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
