Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Walery Tomporowski got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Tomporowski in the 3rd minute of play forced Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Borys Cebula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, one of Kaczka:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kaczka. Ludomir Czerner shot the penalty kick right outside the post. If Franciszek Hoffman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kaczka's Michal Tamulewicz got a free kick in the 23rd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Czeslaw Niezywy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sosnowiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Czeslaw Niezywy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Borys Cebula didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teobald Tylinski went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Teobald Tylinski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ludomir Marud hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Kaczka defense, Franciszek Hoffman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstanty Andrzejewski. The Kaczka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstanty Andrzejewski should have stopped the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Franciszek Hoffman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Kaczka getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Gustaw Peczkowski hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Kaczka's goalkeeper Konstanty Andrzejewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Czeslaw Niezywy. Konstanty Andrzejewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franciszek Hoffman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludomir Marud recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Czeslaw Niezywy in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Konstanty Andrzejewski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Franciszek Hoffman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Konstanty Andrzejewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Marcin Chmielecki had to leave the field with a concussion. Kazimierz Dziedziak's late challenge caught a Sosnowiec's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kazimierz Dziedziak helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th minute, Kazimierz Dziedziak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Czeslaw Niezywy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Ludomir Marud fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Konstanty Andrzejewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Dres's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walery Tomporowski in the 95th minute of play forced Sosnowiec's goalkeeper Borys Cebula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sosnowiec played a much better game than Kaczka and deserved their victory. The Kaczka players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
