The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Waldemar Liermann successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Eugeniusz Dulemba fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zielonken SSA's protests and gave Eugeniusz Dulemba a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Eugeniusz Dulemba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Westerplatte's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Florian Mietus scored to the left of an out of position Waldemar Liermann, making the score, 1-0. Zielonken SSA's Florian Mietus got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Waldemar Liermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Mietus in the 18th minute of the match. Florian Mietus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Waldemar Liermann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florian Mietus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Mietus in the 24th minute of play forced Westerplatte's goalkeeper Waldemar Liermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Westerplatte's goalkeeper Waldemar Liermann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waldemar Liermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Mietus in the 28th minute of the match. Waldemar Liermann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florian Mietus's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After 33 minutes, Eugeniusz Dulemba made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Westerplatte's Waldemar Liermann tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Eugeniusz Dulemba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waldemar Liermann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Mietus, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Eugeniusz Dulemba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zielonken SSA's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugeniusz Dulemba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Waldemar Liermann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florian Mietus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Mietus in the 56th minute of play forced Westerplatte's goalkeeper Waldemar Liermann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute Florian Mietus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Liermann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olaf Lichniak during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, one of Westerplatte:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Westerplatte. The referee gave Zielonken SSA a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fabian Kaszubowski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Westerplatte's Waldemar Liermann. 3-0. Florian Mietus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waldemar Liermann having to interfere. If Eugeniusz Dulemba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Eugeniusz Dulemba's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Waldemar Liermann was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. In the 71st minute, Radowit Paraszczuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zielonken SSA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Zielonken SSA's Zbyszko Poremba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Zielonken SSA from getting a goal against them. 77 minutes into the match, Eugeniusz Dulemba notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Westerplatte's Waldemar Liermann. Waldemar Liermann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 83rd minute, Florian Mietus made a precise shot to the right of Waldemar Liermann. Westerplatte's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. If Florian Mietus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Westerplatte's goalkeeper Waldemar Liermann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Waldemar Liermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Mietus in the 92nd minute of play. Zielonken SSA's Eugeniusz Dulemba got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Cyprian Marchefka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Westerplatte's Waldemar Liermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Mietus in the 97th minute of play. Florian Mietus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Waldemar Liermann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zielonken SSA walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
