Karl Friberger's late challenge caught a England's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Viggo Hellsing scored 2-0 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Khalid Kennedy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harald Wikander during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee showed Stig Sjödin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stig Sjödin hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Kyle Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergej Bártů having to interfere. The Bantayan BK support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
