Bartosz Bielenda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zula Banaszak in the 4th minute of the match. Piotr Bartelak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Norbert Burdzel made a huge save. Dobromir Buczko hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Piotr Bartelak managed to get in a good position for a shot. MKS Lubin's supporters rose to their feet, but Piotr Bartelak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norbert Burdzel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the game, Stanislaw Filipkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MKS Lubin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zawoje SSA the free kick. Stanislaw Filipkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th minute of the match Miroslaw Rudy shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bartosz Bielenda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Zula Banaszak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Piotr Bartelak got free with Norbert Burdzel in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Zawoje SSA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dobromir Bucyki was slow to take the kick. During this time MKS Lubin's players had a chance to rest. Dobromir Bucyki made a great header on MKS Lubin's corner, it was just that Zawoje SSA's Norbert Burdzel managed to reach the ball for a save. Sebastian Mios might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bartosz Bielenda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Mios ran back to his position shaking his head. Zula Banaszak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bartosz Bielenda having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zula Banaszak was the one to do the kick off. Piotr Bartelak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Norbert Burdzel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Banan in the 54th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Wincent Banan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MKS Lubin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 62nd minute, Zula Banaszak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wincent Banan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norbert Burdzel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wincent Banan's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. When Zula Banaszak came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Zawoje SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zula Banaszak couldn't finish the play. Bartosz Bielenda made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Sebastian Mios sent off a good shot on target. Bartosz Bielenda didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 88th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. In the 95th minute, Piotr Bartelak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Norbert Burdzel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. MKS Lubin succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Zawoje SSA had controlled the match.
