Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wojciech Franzik started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Slawomir Milan during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes Racibórz SSA got a freekick which was hit by Slawomir Milan. A collision led to Strzegocin getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Majtyka hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Racibórz SSA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jerzy Lampa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Strzegocin getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Olgierd Podwojski hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the match, Damazy Jarosiewicz notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Strzegocin's Robert Treppa. Robert Treppa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 30 played minutes Strzegocin got a freekick which was hit by Norbert Pieprz. In the 34th minute, Racibórz SSA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jerzy Lampa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Racibórz SSA's Czeslaw Kensicki got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Racibórz SSA booed when Strzegocin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyprian Poling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jerzy Lampa struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Sylwester Zacharzewski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Strzegocin. After the first half Racibórz SSA were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Damazy Jarosiewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Czeslaw Kensicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Treppa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Czeslaw Kensicki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Robert Treppa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Grzegorz Bugno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Robert Treppa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Jarosiewicz in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Strzegocin's Jerzy Lampa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sylwester Zacharzewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. When Slawomir Milan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Racibórz SSA's Slawomir Milan got a free kick in the 84th minute. Robert Treppa was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Czeslaw Kensicki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Czeslaw Kensicki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. 91 minutes into the game, Strzegocin's Wojciech Franzik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sylwester Zacharzewski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. If Czeslaw Kensicki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Racibórz SSA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
