In the 18th minute, Kacper Solarek fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Konstanty Teofila, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, FC Inter Mroczki's Daniel Ochylski got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 48th minute of the match, Robert Czerny got a very nice opportunity to score, but Konstanty Teofila was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aureliusz Ostrowski made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in FC Inter Mroczki's zone, Robert Czerny stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstanty Teofila came out of the goal and Robert Czerny tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Czerny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Izydor Buczko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Bielatowicz having to interfere. After having played for 63 minutes, Robert Czerny managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Widzew Łódź's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Czerny was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Izydor Buczko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute Robert Czerny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstanty Teofila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Waldemar Falkiewicz came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the FC Inter Mroczki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Falkiewicz couldn't finish the play. FC Inter Mroczki's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
