The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kryspin Giertych made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ludomir Dombrowski sent off a good shot on target. Pawel Wojtyna kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Marcin Skarpiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silesiana's Kryspin Giertych proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Silesiana from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waclaw Bejger in the 14th minute of play forced Kozy's goalkeeper Tytus Wojtyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tytus Wojtyna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waclaw Bejger in the 16th minute of the match. Julian Huk charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julian Huk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Julian Huk kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Tymoteusz Pinczewski, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Marcin Skarpiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kryspin Giertych having to interfere. In the 28th minute Marcin Skarpiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Giertych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Silesiana's goalkeeper Kryspin Giertych had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ludomir Dombrowski. With his leg Kryspin Giertych managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Kozy's Ludomir Dombrowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 37 minutes into the game, Pawel Wojtyna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Silesiana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kozy the free kick. After 37 played minutes Silesiana got a freekick which was hit by Pawel Wojtyna. If Marcin Skarpiak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 44 minutes, Waclaw Bejger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silesiana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Waclaw Bejger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Waclaw Bejger struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Tytus Wojtyna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silesiana. Waclaw Bejger scored 0-1 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tytus Wojtyna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Marcin Skarpiak to make the kick off. A collision led to Silesiana getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Pawel Tuliszewski hit a great ball. Marcin Skarpiak struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Kryspin Giertych didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kozy. In the 57th minute Marcin Skarpiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Giertych saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Silesiana booed when Kozy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Pinczewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikolaj Giejda shot from long distance in the 61st minute, but Tytus Wojtyna was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Marcin Skarpiak succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcin Skarpiak in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kryspin Giertych saved Silesiana from getting behind. Silesiana's Kryspin Giertych played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Dombrowski in the 68th minute of play. Norbert Sanocki hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Ludomir Dombrowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kryspin Giertych having to interfere. Tytus Wojtyna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Tylenda in the 77th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zachariasz Trzaskoma during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 81 played minutes Silesiana got a freekick which was hit by Zachariasz Trzaskoma. Ludomir Dombrowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Kryspin Giertych tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mikolaj Giejda hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When Ludomir Dombrowski, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 94 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Kryspin Giertych was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Kozy were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
