An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Laskowski in the 41st minute of play forced Lech Poznań's goalkeeper Daniel Dziatkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lech Poznań's zone, Jerzy Kornaszewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Dziatkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomir Zagrodny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tetsu Team made a substitution. Tetsu Team's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
