After 14 minutes, Teofil Tamulewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Sokół Sokółka and the Iskra Krasne players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Iskra Krasne got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Nienajadlo. In the 24thth minute of the game Boguslaw Przebendowski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KS Sokół Sokółka's Wasyl Zukowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emil Matuch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Zukowski having to interfere. Boguslaw Przebendowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Zukowski having to interfere. Emil Matuch scored 0-2 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wasyl Zukowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Wasyl Zukowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Matuch in the 43rd minute of play. Emil Matuch struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Wasyl Zukowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Iskra Krasne. The supporters of Iskra Krasne booed when KS Sokół Sokółka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbigniew Raschke didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emil Matuch to make the kick off. Edward Zgonina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliusz Peczkowski in the 53rd minute of play. Aureliusz Peczkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Edward Zgonina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Iskra Krasne's zone, Korneliusz Kloczko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edward Zgonina came out of the goal and Korneliusz Kloczko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th minute Korneliusz Kloczko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edward Zgonina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Aureliusz Peczkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emil Matuch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Emil Matuch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wasyl Zukowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edward Zgonina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliusz Peczkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 88 minutes, Aureliusz Peczkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Sokół Sokółka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aureliusz Peczkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Iskra Krasne's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliusz Peczkowski came free, but Edward Zgonina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th match minute, KS Sokół Sokółka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Lamczyk to maneuver through the defense. The Iskra Krasne players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
