Andrzej Piglowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Ksawery Dombrowski made a huge save. Ksawery Dombrowski came out of the goal and Jaroslaw Przewozik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacek Franzik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miroslaw Furgat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Haskiewicz in the 31st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Jaroslaw Przewozik dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ksawery Dombrowski, 2-0. Andrzej Piglowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute, Fryderyk Tomaszewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Klikowa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After having played for 81 minutes, Andrzej Piglowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
