The Ducks
Spectators: 5011 (Terracing: 4005, Seating: 1005, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antoni Walkowski started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Roland Ogrodowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hieronim Gargasz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ryszard Major took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Napoleon Daszkowski. Napoleon Daszkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Ryszard Major, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 16 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Napoleon Daszkowski was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Ludomir Zacharek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Ziembice's zone, Ludomir Zacharek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Dombroski came out of the goal and Ludomir Zacharek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, The Duck's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Major came free, but Napoleon Daszkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute, Ryszard Major ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Napoleon Daszkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, The Duck's Ludomir Zacharek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Dombroski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Ziembice's Lucjan Walkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Napoleon Daszkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Roland Ogrodowicz came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Ziembice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roland Ogrodowicz couldn't finish the play. After having played for 40 minutes, Stasio Jazowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ziembice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stasio Jazowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Hieronim Gargasz fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Duck's protests and gave Hieronim Gargasz a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes The Duck got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Gargasz. Stasio Jazowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ryszard Major received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Napoleon Daszkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryszard Major to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Roland Ogrodowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ziembice's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Ogrodowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Napoleon Daszkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ryszard Major sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stasio Jazowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Daszkowski having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucjan Walkowski during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 73 played minutes The Duck got a freekick which was hit by Mieszko Narbut. Antoni Walkowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Damian Dombroski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antoni Walkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damian Dombroski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antoni Walkowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Antoni Walkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Dombroski having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ziembice eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
