Lechia Karwiny II's Pawel Bejger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Lechia Karwiny II from getting a goal against them. In the 7th minute, Wasyl Gniech hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th match minute, Pks Poznań was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boguslaw Chodzinski to maneuver through the defense. Bernard Dulka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Pawel Bejger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Pks Poznań booed when Lechia Karwiny II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaroslaw Tomiczek didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Pawel Bejger managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Pks Poznań's Hieronim Gozdowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bernard Dulka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Pawel Bejger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the match, Pks Poznań's goal looked a bit too open when Lukasz Bojanowski came free, but Pawel Ziombkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pawel Bejger made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Hieronim Gozdowski sent off a good shot on target. Klement Penczkowski charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Klement Penczkowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jedrzej Ciborek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Ziombkowski having to interfere. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lechia Karwiny II's goalkeeper Pawel Bejger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Lukasz Bojanowski made the kick off in the second half. During the 54th minute of the match Walery Koprowski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Walery Koprowski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Pks Poznań getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Walery Koprowski hit a great ball. Pawel Bejger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Dulka in the 57th minute of the match. Pawel Bejger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waclaw Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Klement Penczkowski got his second yellow card in the match during the 60th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Pks Poznań's Klement Penczkowski got a free kick in the 61st minute. A collision led to Lechia Karwiny II getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Herbert Wojtkiewicz hit a great ball. Hieronim Gozdowski kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Waclaw Major cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Pawel Bejger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Waclaw Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Waclaw Major fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Bejger having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Hieronim Gozdowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pawel Bejger was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Lechia Karwiny II's Pawel Bejger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krzysztof Banas in the 90th minute of play.
