Wincent Trela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Karpinski in the 21st minute of play. Wincent Trela was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ulryk Kolano. Julian Harendarski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wincent Trela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olaf Karpinski's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. If Julian Harendarski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klement Giec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wawrzyniec Orszak having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Klement Giec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Wawrzyniec Orszak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olaf Karpinski to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ludomil Sokolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th match minute, Vancouver Canucks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Spychalski to maneuver through the defense. Sylwester Domamir was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klement Giec in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wawrzyniec Orszak saved Vancouver Canucks from getting behind. If Ludomil Sokolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the game, Olaf Karpinski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Wincent Trela was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in GKS Morena's zone, Olaf Karpinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Trela came out of the goal and Olaf Karpinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Slawomir Sowa during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute, Slawomir Sowa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ludomil Sokolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Vancouver Canucks's goalkeeper Wawrzyniec Orszak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Harendarski. In the 97th match minute, Vancouver Canucks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iwan Rekawiczka to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute, Julian Harendarski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Vancouver Canucks support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
