When Edgar Mentus came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Golubka SSA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgar Mentus couldn't finish the play. When Zenon Fujara fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paczmen FC's protests and gave Zenon Fujara a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Zenon Fujara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th match minute, Golubka SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Lukasik to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Mentus in the 12th minute of play forced Paczmen FC's goalkeeper Marek Penkalski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Golubka SSA's goalkeeper Franciszek Ptaszek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artur Juszkowski. Golubka SSA's Franciszek Ptaszek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Wydrych in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Juszkowski got free with Franciszek Ptaszek in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Franciszek Ptaszek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olaf Wydrych in the 32nd minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Paczmen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jedrzej Teofila came free, but Marek Penkalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marek Penkalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedrzej Teofila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jedrzej Teofila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Marek Penkalski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Mentus was the one to do the kick off. When Olaf Wydrych came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Paczmen FC fans jumped to their feet. Olaf Wydrych's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Franciszek Ptaszek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Tolek Lukasik charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tolek Lukasik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 59th match minute, Golubka SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Lukasik to maneuver through the defense. Jedrzej Teofila struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Marek Penkalski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golubka SSA. After a defensive mix-up in Golubka SSA's zone, Olaf Wydrych stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franciszek Ptaszek came out of the goal and Olaf Wydrych tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Olaf Wydrych managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paczmen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Olaf Wydrych was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Franciszek Ptaszek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 72 played minutes Golubka SSA got a freekick which was hit by Szczepan Frodyma. Artur Juszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Ptaszek having to interfere. Franciszek Ptaszek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olaf Wydrych in the 79th minute of the match. Olaf Wydrych received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Franciszek Ptaszek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marek Penkalski made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Jedrzej Teofila sent off a good shot on target. Artur Juszkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Ptaszek having to interfere.
