The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dobromir Soliwoda during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zbigniew Gardocki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Czaplicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute, Ulryk Ziemba sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Moniaki's Ignacy Basaik didn't even have to move. Ignacy Basaik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zapolski in the 71st minute of play. In the 76th minute, Eugeniusz Fujara left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moniaki fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Moniaki's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
