The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Royal Diamonds's Ryszard Pieknik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Lesiecki in the 5th minute of play. Szymon Kordalewski charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When Sebastian Lesiecki came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Brogi fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Lesiecki in the 15th minute of play forced Royal Diamonds's goalkeeper Ryszard Pieknik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roch Maurycy during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brogi's Roch Maurycy got a free kick in the 17th minute. Krzysztof Tylinski's shot from long distance in the 17th minute was not bad at all, but Brogi's Fabian Dobrzechowski knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Iwan Rukszcz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Pieknik having to interfere. If Sebastian Lesiecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Royal Diamonds's Wincenty Marciewicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabian Dobrzechowski. That made the score 1-1 after 47 minutes of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Fabian Dobrzechowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincenty Marciewicz in the 65th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dawid Makowski during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Brogi's Dawid Makowski got a free kick in the 67th minute. Fabian Dobrzechowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincenty Marciewicz in the 68th minute of play. Ryszard Pieknik made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Sebastian Lesiecki sent off a good shot on target. Ryszard Pieknik was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Iwan Rukszcz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Iwan Rukszcz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Ryszard Pieknik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwan Rukszcz, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Sebastian Lesiecki's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Ryszard Pieknik skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. During the 82nd minute of the match Dawid Makowski completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dawid Makowski a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 82nd match minute, Brogi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawid Makowski to maneuver through the defense. If Szymon Kordalewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iwan Rukszcz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Royal Diamonds's zone, Sebastian Lesiecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ryszard Pieknik came out of the goal and Sebastian Lesiecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roch Maurycy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ryszard Pieknik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Lesiecki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ryszard Pieknik having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Brogi left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Royal Diamonds.
