Napoleon Sroka came out of the goal and Witalis Kasprzak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. WIDZEW's Wincent Erland got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes into the match, WIDZEW's Wincent Erland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tymoteusz Milan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tymoteusz Milan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wincent Erland, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Lucjan Juszkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Wincent Erland managed to get in a good position for a shot. WIDZEW's supporters rose to their feet, but Wincent Erland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tymoteusz Milan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Witalis Kasprzak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Wincent Erland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tymoteusz Milan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witalis Kasprzak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Sroka having to interfere. Juliusz Mocko's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Napoleon Sroka skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Borys Jaks came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the WIDZEW fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Borys Jaks couldn't finish the play. Napoleon Sroka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witalis Kasprzak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zula Cebula's late challenge caught a KS Warmiak 1985's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zula Cebula helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes WIDZEW got a freekick which was hit by Zula Cebula. Edward Pisarcik's shot from long distance in the 74th minute was not bad at all, but WIDZEW's Napoleon Sroka knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a defensive mix-up in WIDZEW's zone, Witalis Kasprzak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Napoleon Sroka came out of the goal and Witalis Kasprzak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Witalis Kasprzak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Napoleon Sroka was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Witalis Kasprzak showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 82 minute of play. WIDZEW's Napoleon Sroka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save WIDZEW from getting a goal against them. Napoleon Sroka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juliusz Mocko in the 94th minute. KS Warmiak 1985's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because WIDZEW had won, even though KS Warmiak 1985 had held more of the ball.
