FC Bogdanka SA's Damazy Wielkopolski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Kosel in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Radomil Filanowski lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Witalis Pachucki. After a rather tough play, 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 's Tymoteusz Sniegowski got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute of the match FC Bogdanka SA got a corner. 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fryderyk Pracki ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Fryderyk Pracki got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Witalis Pachucki quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 21 minutes, Sebastian Patora managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Patora was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bogdanka SA's goalkeeper Damazy Wielkopolski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Alfred Hejza scored to the left of an out of position Witalis Pachucki, making the score, 3-0. Antoni Domeracki hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When Sebastian Patora fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 's protests and gave Sebastian Patora a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Sebastian Patora hit a great ball. In the 31st minute, Benedykt Tworek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Patora's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damazy Wielkopolski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Gilbert Kosel managed to get in a good position for a shot. 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Kosel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damazy Wielkopolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 minutes, Benedykt Tworek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Bogdanka SA and the 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sebastian Patora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Damazy Wielkopolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Patora stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Damazy Wielkopolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Witalis Pachucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Hejza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Munko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Gilbert Kosel managed to get in a good position for a shot. 19 Górnik Zabrze 48 's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Kosel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
