Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Marcule getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Czeslaw Sakowicz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Talau's Zbyszko Trzemzalski got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th match minute, Talau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witomir Lampa to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute of the match Bernard Kochniarczyk sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wincent Barciniak skillfully saved the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Talau's goal looked a bit too open when Napoleon Gozdowski came free, but Wincent Barciniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wincent Barciniak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobald Daszkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teobald Daszkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Talau's Wincent Barciniak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobald Daszkowski in the 16th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Napoleon Gozdowski in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wincent Barciniak saved Talau from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Grzegorz Czeszyk in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Marciewicz saved Marcule from getting behind. In the 29th minute Teobald Daszkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincent Barciniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonard Dziedziak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Pankracy Marciewicz made a huge save. Wincent Barciniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Daszkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Napoleon Gozdowski took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wincent Barciniak. Wincent Barciniak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 38th match minute, Talau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waclaw Jestrimski to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Talau's Grzegorz Czeszyk got a free kick in the 39th minute. Teobald Daszkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wincent Barciniak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teobald Daszkowski ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute, Napoleon Gozdowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Talau's Leonard Dziedziak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pankracy Marciewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Grzegorz Czeszyk made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Leonard Dziedziak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Marciewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbyszko Trzemzalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Marciewicz having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Teobald Daszkowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wincent Barciniak was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The supporters of Talau booed when Marcule was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobald Daszkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Napoleon Gozdowski in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wincent Barciniak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pankracy Marciewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Dziedziak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zbyszko Trzemzalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Pankracy Marciewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Leonard Dziedziak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Marciewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Napoleon Gozdowski was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Marcule's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Napoleon Gozdowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Napoleon Gozdowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marcule's supporters rose to their feet, but Napoleon Gozdowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wincent Barciniak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
