The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, MZFC DSint's Barnaba Owsiak got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Waclaw Jestrimski fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talau's protests and gave Waclaw Jestrimski a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Talau getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Waclaw Jestrimski hit a great ball. Grzegorz Czeszyk struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ksawery Falke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talau. 46 minutes into the match, MZFC DSint's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Dziedziak came free, but Ksawery Falke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Talau getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Remigiusz Buczak hit a great ball. The MZFC DSint players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Talau were winning 0-2.

If Leonard Dziedziak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonard Dziedziak in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
