Fiori Neiva took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kacper Modliszewski. Kacper Modliszewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Scislowicz in the 18th minute of play forced Stal Mielec's goalkeeper Kacper Modliszewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Przemyslaw Spychalski charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Przemyslaw Spychalski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Przemyslaw Spychalski kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Fabian Olejarz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. SWOJAKI's Veljko Vukojević proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save SWOJAKI from getting a goal against them. In the 27th match minute, SWOJAKI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateusz Mazierski to maneuver through the defense. If Zbigniew Wojtkiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fiori Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Stal Mielec's goal looked a bit too open when Fiori Neiva came free, but Kacper Modliszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stal Mielec's Kacper Modliszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Lato in the 40th minute of play. If Fiori Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fiori Neiva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Miromir Nowak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stal Mielec and the SWOJAKI players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SWOJAKI booed when Stal Mielec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miromir Nowak didn't get a good kick on the ball. SWOJAKI's Leonard Scislowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fiori Neiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 played minutes SWOJAKI got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Dresik. In the 75thth minute of the game Zbigniew Wojtkiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SWOJAKI's Veljko Vukojević was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zbigniew Wojtkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Veljko Vukojević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kacper Modliszewski made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Fiori Neiva sent off a good shot on target. Kacper Modliszewski was a little too slow when Dawid Sidorowicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 2-2. With a little luck, Stal Mielec's Kacper Modliszewski got control of the ball when Fiori Neiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sebastian Dresik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Kacper Modliszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
