He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Queen reached it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stanislaw Zaremba in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Lewandowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislaw Zaremba in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Lewandowski saved Sparta Chorzow from getting behind. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sparta Chorzow's goalkeeper Daniel Lewandowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edward Maruda kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Daniel Lewandowski came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Queen's Stanislaw Zaremba. But to his dismay, Stanislaw Zaremba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Lewandowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Lewandowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marian Juszkowski's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Daniel Lewandowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanislaw Zaremba in the 41st minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wlodzimierz Tyszka to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Radowit Falkowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sparta Chorzow's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Queen the free kick. Daniel Lewandowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Juszkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Juszkowski in the 78th minute of play forced Sparta Chorzow's goalkeeper Daniel Lewandowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barnaba Borkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakub Kolbert having to interfere. Stanislaw Zaremba's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Daniel Lewandowski firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Queen supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Queen would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
