Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barnaba Galus in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karol Zagrodny prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karol Zagrodny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Perkowski in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match Fabian Resel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karol Zagrodny showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Karol Zagrodny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tanek Perkowski in the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Julian Nakonieczny managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rejsztokiemie's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Nakonieczny was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucjan Koczara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ruch Chorzów's Barnaba Galus got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tanek Perkowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karol Zagrodny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Karol Zagrodny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tanek Perkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Barnaba Galus was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute, Barnaba Galus fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Rejsztokiemie's Karol Zagrodny proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Rejsztokiemie from getting a goal against them. Hugon Zbydniowski kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Tanek Perkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Ruch Chorzów's Tanek Perkowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karol Zagrodny. Karol Zagrodny yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. With a little luck, Rejsztokiemie's Karol Zagrodny got control of the ball when Tanek Perkowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Ruch Chorzów left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rejsztokiemie.
