GKS Tychy 1971's Daniel Wieczorek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartlomiej Kempski in the 42nd minute of play. When Szymon Bycofski fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GKS Tychy 1971's protests and gave Szymon Bycofski a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, K.S MIKOŁÓW's Edmund Popowicz got a free kick in the 48th minute. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind GKS Tychy 1971's goalkeeper Daniel Wieczorek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bartlomiej Kempski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wawrzyniec Marut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Janusz Zacharek made a huge save. In the 71st minute, GKS Tychy 1971's Stefan Skikiewicz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Janusz Zacharek.
