Witomir Motyl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 8 minutes, Dominik Dziatkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wypiździejewo KS and the Sosnowa Gęsiniec players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hieronim Poremba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witomir Motyl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tytus Dombrowski in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Witomir Motyl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Arbaszewski got free with Gwidon Tamulewicz in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcin Prusek's late challenge caught a Wypiździejewo KS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcin Prusek helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Wypiździejewo KS booed when Sosnowa Gęsiniec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Prusek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogdan Arbaszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Wypiździejewo KS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 33rd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Gwidon Tamulewicz, was totally fooled by Sosnowa Gęsiniec's Klement Balonek, who 34 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Bogdan Arbaszewski fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sosnowa Gęsiniec's protests and gave Bogdan Arbaszewski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Bogdan Arbaszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tytus Dombrowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Witomir Motyl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Antoni Setara fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gwidon Tamulewicz, passed just outside the right post. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 59th minute, Tytus Dombrowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Witomir Motyl was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Hieronim Poremba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witomir Motyl having to interfere. Witomir Motyl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hieronim Poremba in the 64th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Wypiździejewo KS's Hieronim Poremba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Witomir Motyl. That made the score 2-3 after 66 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Sosnowa Gęsiniec's Zbyszko Polek got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 78 minutes of play, Wypiździejewo KS's Tytus Dombrowski made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Witomir Motyl was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 82 minutes, Zbyszko Polek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sosnowa Gęsiniec and the Wypiździejewo KS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 82 played minutes Sosnowa Gęsiniec got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Polek. After 83 played minutes, Wypiździejewo KS's Mikolaj Pieprz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Witomir Motyl came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wypiździejewo KS reached it. If Antoni Setara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Wypiździejewo KS's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Setara came free, but Gwidon Tamulewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antoni Setara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Tamulewicz having to interfere. The Wypiździejewo KS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Wypiździejewo KS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
