A collision led to MMKS Koniaków getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Wincenty Dziechciowski hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Damazy Smolarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Dziatkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Skoraczewo's goal looked a bit too open when Milosz Pilitowski came free, but Napoleon Domin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Damazy Smolarek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skoraczewo's supporters rose to their feet, but Damazy Smolarek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobiasz Dziatkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of MMKS Koniaków booed when Skoraczewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Skaradowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damazy Smolarek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobiasz Dziatkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damazy Smolarek in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tobiasz Dziatkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miroslaw Adamski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Tobiasz Dziatkowski made a huge save. If Milosz Pilitowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Damazy Smolarek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tobiasz Dziatkowski. The goal made the score 1-1. If Milosz Pilitowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skoraczewo's goalkeeper Napoleon Domin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Robert Gondela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MMKS Koniaków's Karol Jerzyk got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tobiasz Dziatkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslaw Adamski, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Karol Jerzyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Miroslaw Adamski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 played minutes Skoraczewo got a freekick which was hit by Juliusz Dula. Robert Gondela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Napoleon Domin having to interfere. The MMKS Koniaków supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MMKS Koniaków would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
