After having played for 42 minutes, Bogumil Pstrongowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orzeł Gielniów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bogumil Pstrongowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zbyszko Paciuszko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olgierd Pawlik having to interfere. The supporters of FC BARCELONA booed when Orzeł Gielniów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Sienkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Duszenski to make the kick off. Olgierd Pawlik came out of the goal and Bogumil Pstrongowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Zbyszko Paciuszko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orzeł Gielniów walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
