If Anthar Mehenni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tymoteusz Hetman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Szablak's Rosendo Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigiusz Wyrzykowski in the 14th minute of play. After some careless play in the Gulczewo defense, Anthar Mehenni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miroslaw Mudry. The Gulczewo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miroslaw Mudry should have stopped the shot. With an all-out effort, Gulczewo's Rosendo Arias threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Remigiusz Wyrzykowski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthar Mehenni in the 28th minute of play forced Gulczewo's goalkeeper Miroslaw Mudry to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rosendo Arias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tymoteusz Hetman in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Szablak's goal looked a bit too open when Remigiusz Wyrzykowski came free, but Rosendo Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Szablak getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Victoriano Ruy hit a great ball. In the 39th minute Remigiusz Wyrzykowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rosendo Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Wyrzykowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tymoteusz Hetman got free with Rosendo Arias in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Remigiusz Wyrzykowski made a kick off. Victoriano Ruy hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Szablak's Rosendo Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylwester Lamczyk in the 52nd minute of play. Edmund Domin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Rosendo Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Szablak booed when Gulczewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Hetman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szablak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remigiusz Wyrzykowski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The referee ignored Szablak's protests and gave Tomasz Gall a yellow card for diving instead. Walery Maciejewski kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Anthar Mehenni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dominik Oliszewski during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anthar Mehenni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Mudry having to interfere. The Gulczewo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gulczewo had won after a very even match.
