The penalty shot was made by Arkadiusz Milko, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lame Ducks's Radomil Gongolewicz. 0-1. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lame Ducks's goalkeeper Radomil Gongolewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arkadiusz Milko in the 25th minute of play forced Lame Ducks's goalkeeper Radomil Gongolewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Arkadiusz Milko made a precise shot to the right of Radomil Gongolewicz. Lame Ducks's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Radomil Gongolewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arkadiusz Kordalewski's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. After the first half Warszawa were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

51 minutes into the match, Warszawa's Arkadiusz Milko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radomil Gongolewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 52nd minute Warszawa were awarded a corner. Arkadiusz Milko went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 58th minute Arkadiusz Kordalewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radomil Gongolewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Radomil Jaszcz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, one of Warszawa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Warszawa. Arkadiusz Milko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomil Gongolewicz having to interfere. Barnaba Bendyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Lame Ducks defense, Jedrzej Jazowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radomil Gongolewicz. The Lame Ducks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radomil Gongolewicz should have stopped the shot. Arkadiusz Kordalewski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Radomil Gongolewicz having to make a save. 98 minutes into the match, Lame Ducks's goalkeeper Radomil Gongolewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arkadiusz Kordalewski. The Lame Ducks fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Warszawa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
