With a little luck, Zehnhuben SSA's Dawid Zapolski got control of the ball when Adam Oborski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Krzyki's Miromir Wicherek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wlodzimierz Kuszczak in the 48th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Krzyki's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wlodzimierz Kuszczak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 98th minute, Roland Trochowski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miromir Wicherek. The goal made the score 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zehnhuben SSA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
