After having played for 71 minutes, Czeslaw Skrzypiec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black Jack's supporters crossed their fingers, but Czeslaw Skrzypiec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Czeslaw Skrzypiec's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olaf Perkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Rödersdorf's zone, Korneliusz Kiepski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Perkowski came out of the goal and Korneliusz Kiepski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Czeslaw Skrzypiec scored 2-0 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olaf Perkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Korneliusz Kiepski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Olaf Perkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Korneliusz Kiepski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olaf Perkowski having to make a save.
